Sreehari Babu brings over 25 years of expertise in the global life sciences sector to his role as Founder and CEO of HyCON Labs. He is instrumental in shaping the company’s strategy, guiding the executive team, managing business operations, and directing investment decisions.
Prior to founding of HyCON Labs, Sreehari held leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s, Ranbaxy, Novartis, and Aragen, accumulating over 15 years of leadership and strategic experience in these positions. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head of Formulation Solutions at Aragen, where he established and significantly expanded the formulation business unit as fast growing and profitable business unit.
He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics from JSS College of Pharmacy, India.
As a seasoned professional with more than a decade of experience, Vipul Ojha plays a crucial role at HyCON Labs, driving innovation and growth through business development and strategic planning. He is responsible for fostering customer relationships and steering the organization towards profitable opportunities. Prior to HyCON, Vipul’s career journey included impactful roles at Biocon, Syngene, Aragen, and Sentiss Pharma. His educational background includes an MBA in Marketing, an MS in Pharmaceutical Analysis and an MSc in Biotechnology.
Anudeep has over 10 years of research experience spanning preformulation development, pharmaceutical product development, including New Chemical Entities and generics. At HyCON, He is responsible for driving scientific strategies, leading preformulation & formulation development teams and project delivery. In his last stint at Aragen for 6 years, Anudeep lead multiple teams responsible for developing Novel formulations for NCE molecules at preclinical stage & clinical formulation development. He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics from Acharya Institutes, Bangalore & a Ph.D in Pharmaceutics from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
Rajesh comes with more than a decade of experience in Analytical Research & Development including Method development, Validation, transfer, Stability studies, regulatory filing for the New Chemical Entities (NCE’s), Generic molecules and Complex generics of different dosage forms. He has rich experience in regulatory audits, GLP, GMP, Quality systems. Prior to HyCON, he worked with organizations including Aizant and Aragen Life Sciences. At HyCON, he is responsible for leading Analytical team, and project delivery. He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance from JNTU-Hyderabad.
